TUITION & REFUND POLICIES
TUITION SCHEDULE

Monthly ACABS Program Payments are due by the 5th of each month if not submitted on time a $20.00 late fee shall be charged (NSF fee: $35.00).
​
Associate In Biblical Studies Degree (Self-Pace)
​Full prepayment, $600... Associate Degree in Biblical Studies.
Monthly Method of payment: $60.00 per month for 10 months.
*Prerequiste for Diploma of Community Chaplaincy

Bachelor's In Biblical Studies Degree (Self-Pace)
​Full prepayment, $800... Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies.
Monthly Method of Payment - $80 per month for 10 months.
(*Prerequisite for Ordination)

Accelerated Combined Associate and Bachelor's Studies (ACABS Program)
* In-person, in-depth, Professor guided study of each book of the bible with life applications, other core curriculum and in class lectures.
​Full prepayment, $1200....Accelerated Degree program.
Payment Method - totals $120 per month over ten months - June Graduation. * $100 per month over 12 months - December Graduation.

Diploma in Community Chaplaincy (Prerequisite for Ordination) Available September 2026
10 months Training Program: $50 per month over ten months - June Graduation. * $42 per month
over 12 months - December Graduation.

Self-Pace Study (Only Programs listed under "Self-Pace Study):
See Tuition Schedule ...up to 18 months to complete your program from the time of enrollment...failure to complete the program within 18 months will require a $75 re-enrollment application fee (this procedure may be repeat twice before the student's file is close as an inactive student).

Additional Fees:
Application Fee (non-refundable) – $50
Textbooks Fee - cost varies by course requirements an affordable bookstore list will provide to all enrolling students)
Transcript Fee – First copy is $15.00 * Subsequent copies are - $20.00
​Monthly Payment Late Fee -
Non-Sufficient Funds Fee -$35-00 this is the fee the bank charge the institute.

REFUND POLICIES​
Tuition Refunds ONLY as follows:
​
A) Installment paid: NO REFUND after seven (7) days of enrollment date ( less registration fee, and less book fees.) (LESS = NO REFUND and NO REFUND of ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL FESS AFTER 30 DAYS)

B) Full-prepaid Tuition: Refund ONLY within 30 days of enrolling date less one-month tuition, less registration fee, and less book fees . (LESS = NO REFUND and NO REFUND of ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL FESS AFTER 30 DAYS)

It is the Institute's policy, pledge, and commitment to maintaining economic and sufficient tuition to make our education as readily attainable as possible.
Our primary goal is not profit, but the encouragement of studying and reading God's Holy Scriptures and the eternal reward thereof. b) Bachelor's Degree, Wednesday 6p.m.-8p.m. EST
c) Community Chaplaincy, Saturday 10:a.m.-12:p.m.

​Self-Pace Study Schedule:

Students enrolled in the self-pace study program have up to 18 months to complete their program in order to recieve an diploma or degree from MBIC.​
